MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DIGITAL: PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM TERHADAP TEORI KONEKTIVISME

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mentransformasi cara pengetahuan diproduksi, dikelola, dan didistribusikan dalam dunia pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model konseptual manajemen pengetahuan digital berbasis pendidikan Islam dengan merujuk pada teori konektivisme sebagai kerangka pembelajaran era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi literatur terhadap artikel jurnal enam tahun terakhir yang relevan dengan pendidikan Islam, manajemen pengetahuan, dan pembelajaran digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konektivisme, yang memandang pengetahuan sebagai jaringan dinamis, dapat diintegrasikan secara konstruktif dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam seperti adab, hikmah, dan integrasi ilmu. Model konseptual yang dihasilkan menempatkan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai pengendali normatif dalam proses akuisisi, kurasi, distribusi, dan produksi pengetahuan digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan digital dalam pendidikan Islam tidak bersifat netral nilai, melainkan diarahkan pada pembentukan insan berilmu, beradab, dan bertanggung jawab secara moral dan spiritual di era digital.
