Abstract

Stress among adolescents is a fairly common psychological problem caused by academic, social, and identity development demands, thus requiring an effective approach to treatment that aligns with Islamic values. This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by case study cards in addressing adolescent stress through Islamic guidance and counseling services. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with the research subjects being all students of class 9A, totaling 23 students, conducted at PPI 19 Bentar Garut. Data were collected through observation and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the application of PBL assisted by case study cards helped adolescents identify sources of stress, improved coping abilities, and reduced PBL Berbantuan Kartu Studi Kasus dalam Mengatasi Stres Remaja 2 stress levels as reflected in changes in students' attitudes and responses through contextual case discussions and mentoring based on Islamic values. This study concludes that the PBL approach assisted by case study cards is effective as an Islamic guidance and counseling strategy in addressing adolescent stress, and can serve as an alternative intervention method for counselors in educational settings.
